b.  the cost of rehabilitation
c.  the likely sale price after the rehabilitation
d. the costs involved in the purchase and sale transactions
e.  the profit potential 
f.  potential rental rates

3. We identify discounted properties and assist you in the purchase
a.  provide property histories
b.  review property inspection reports with you
c.  provide local contact information for property rehab specialists
d.  provide access to the property for you, inspectors, and trades people
e. review contracts, deeds, titles, HOAs, etc

4. After the purchase we will manage the the property until it is sold
a. order ultities
b. order lawn care
c. order pool care
d. order cleaning
e. report needed repairs
f. manage billing for all services so you can focus on your investments

5.  Marketing and sale after the rehabilitation
a.  often we have buyers/renters lined up before the repairs are complete
b.  typical turnaround times are 30 to 120 days
